Varnish:  Varnish is always a favorite choice for top coat finishing.  It is one of the medium best used for the protecting surface of furniture, cabinet doors, railings, moldings, etc.  Without it or them our best piece of art will have a lesser value and life expectancy.

Stain finish stager:  Staining a work piece on a project is the first stage of finishing after a sanding process has completed.  After all the fine sanding, Stain is needed to add texture and color.  Next, to stabilize the surface of the wood piece, a layer(s) of seal is required.  lastly, choices of varnish, paint etc. to go on top to provide additional texture appeal

There are alternatives and preferences other than conventional stains out there in the market.  Ego Friendly Stains can also be produces to lessen the impact on environment.
