BELUU in Focus - Finishes (24)

Posted by John

Learn from mistakes:  A distance time ago, a project was being taken on was a Display Unit to serve as a Bar in a high end property basement level.  It was under gone a framing process to form an oval style object which to be finalized with wrap around Veneer then stains and lastly top coats.  The completion of a first appeared to be a good finish turned into a negative result.  Pop-up of bumps and bubbles was seen in the front and center caused by lacquer to separate the binding glue from the Veneers.

The lesson to be learned is to be sure to use material grading properly.  Like a saying "One paid for what he or she gets".
