BELUU in Focus - Finishes (20)

Posted by John

Replacing a damaged Finishing:  When a piece or part of a display or furniture is damaged or broken beyond repair, a new piece or a new part is needed to be made for the replacement of an old and unwanted one.

It is important to distinguish that it is not a finishing process but rather is a restoration process requiring times and effort to remove the old with the new one through the course of base material, textures, color matches and sheen levels; process of fine sanding, glues application, nailing and skill carpentry work and selection on matches with the kind of furniture finishing products is a must to produce excellent result but not always guaranteed 100% match in everything as the original specially when work is needed to be done on site and cannot transport back to work shop.
